Suttons Group are a family owned global logistics business who have seen exponential growth in the past 12 months. We are now looking for a permanent Process Support Supervisor to join our fantastic team in Holmdel, New Jersey!
The Process Support Supervisor is a first line management role balancing detail and oversight with process and people focused leadership. The role is responsible for supervising all operational execution aspects for the Sector or Flow in the Region, from taking the order from the Customer to assisting Customer Service teams in planning and sending our instructions to service providers for transport. You will assist in updating the system, adding costs and billing out charges to the Customer.
The role is part of the Regional Operations Team and works closely with the Operations Supervisors, Sales Team and Finance / Admin Teams under the leadership of the Key Accounts and Process Improvement Manager to manage the Customer, regional profitability and operational execution elements of the business, working within a mutually reliant network operating model.

Ideally you will be self-driven, results orientated with a clear focus on delivering a high quality service. We are looking for someone that is able to build excellent relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers, so having good interpersonal skills and a professional persuasiveness is key. You will be someone that shows strong compliance with our company processes and is able to articulate well and motivate a team through high standards of written and verbal communication.
