We are looking for an Automotive Car Biller/Title Clerk who understands the accounting side of a dealership; someone who likes the busy day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment and manages their time wisely.

Responsibilities:

• Examine sales/car deal contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
• Verify all documents are signed and completed properly
• Process paperwork on a timely basis
• Post vehicle sale transactions to accounting records
• Reconcile monthly schedules
• Process Service contract cancellations and submit billing
• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
• Ensure that name and address files are updated on an ongoing basis
• Perform other tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Automotive Accounting and ADP/CDK experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information
• Understand deadlines and apply appropriate sense of urgency and prioritization to all tasks
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
• Ability to work overtime as needed during Month End and 1st business day of each month
• Three years of general office experience
• Ability to pass a background check
