DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY: Specific duties include: • Management and support of the following business office functions. • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable/Collections • Cash Posting and Balancing • Account and Bank Reconciliation • Month End Processing-billing, invoicing, and reporting • General Ledger and Journal Entries • Work with the corporate accounting team to complete monthly financials and analysis. • Strive to achieve consistency with meeting company Account Receivables goal. • Help minimize Bad Debt. • Manage customer accounts in our business system. • Discover inefficiencies and implement processes to improve workflows. • Provide great customer service.
EDUCATION/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting • Bookkeeping experience • Management experience-2 years or longer preferred • Basic Excel skills • Computer knowledge essential • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s license and insurance
INTER-RELATIONSHIPS: You must enjoy being part of a team and will excel at building team camaraderie. You must be able to work well with all financial and operational personnel on all levels of the company.
WORKING CONDITIONS Full-time. Expectation is schedule of 40 hours per week, which may be subject to change. Must have the ability to come to the Gypsum, CO office monthly or quarterly as needed.
NEEDED ATTRIBUTES: The Accounting Manager must be able to lead a staff of 6-7 people. Prioritize, assign and support business accounting functions with the staff. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment. Has great organizational skills. A positive attitude even in difficult situations is a must.
COMPENSATION: Salary – $85-000 – $100,000 dependent on experience.
