Responsibilities:
- Greet and offer assistance to customers in a friendly engaging manner
- Build relationships with customers by taking a genuine interest with a service-minded mentality
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by utilizing effective communication and listening skills
- Demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Introduce customers to the service department personnel, emphasizing the quality and efficiency of the service department
- Utilize organizational skills to follow up with customers creating a caring relationship to ensure repeat business
- Accurately complete required paperwork
- Ability to function as part of a team and independently
