Responsibilities:

• Greet and offer assistance to customers in a friendly engaging manner
• Build relationships with customers by taking a genuine interest with a service-minded mentality
• Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by utilizing effective communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate vehicle features to customers
• Introduce customers to the service department personnel, emphasizing the quality and efficiency of the service department
• Utilize organizational skills to follow up with customers creating a caring relationship to ensure repeat business
• Accurately complete required paperwork
• Ability to function as part of a team and independently
