About the role
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will provide scheduling, logistical and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the recruitment process. You’ll schedule a high volume of interviews, coordinate candidate travel and manage pre-employment background check and on-boarding processes. You will also compile and prepare job information for advertising of open positions. In this role you will provide overall administrative support to the employment/recruitment area, including maintaining, processing documentation and records.
Responsibilities
Work with talent acquisition team, hiring managers, other HR team members and candidates to schedule on-site, phone and video interviews for 7+ recruiters.
Prepare interview agendas and other supporting documents for candidates and hiring managers with a high level of accuracy.
Act as point- of-contact to candidates, communicating interview details including schedule, interviewers and other logistics such as directions, parking, etc. for all office locations.
Coordinate candidate travel including air, town car and hotel.
Initiate pre-employment background checks and on-boarding activities in partnership with talent acquisition team, hiring managers and human resources.
Maintain ATS to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data.

Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.58 – $37.62 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
Your education, experience and skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3+ years HR/Staffing experience preferred with support of a high volume recruiting team
Basic understanding of talent acquisition, administrative and human resources concepts, policies and procedures
High level of accuracy and sense of urgency
Proven passion for candidate experience
