The typical base pay range for this position is USD $108,000- $170,500 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or benefits.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties
Develop and execute the programs and processes across the employee lifecycle to support an effective, scalable HR organization
Partner closely with COEs and HRBPs to ensure consistent delivery of all policies, programs, and tasks across the region and to drive standardization and improvements in HR processes
Identify opportunities to create better systems solutions, focusing on driving efficiencies within the HR organization
Conduct process mapping and recommend improvements to transactional HR processes and workflows; continuously seek ways to optimize workflow and increase scalability
Global lead for all immigration matters; serve as primary point of contact to provide direction and guidance on viable mobility matters
Collaborate with outside counsel to support various types of work sponsored visas, extensions, amendments, permanent residency, and other employment-based immigration activity
Responsible for all mobility cases and related vendors
Develop processes for timely and accurate employee transaction processing
Build effective employee programs such as onboarding and offboarding
Serve as the project manager for initiatives and cross functional projects
Assist internal audit on controls for SOX and audit matters; create process improvements to address issues identified
Ensure data integrity by accurate and compliant employee record maintenance across HR systems capturing all status changes and performing regular audits
Create and submit data for government reporting as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field or equivalent
8+ years of professional level human resources experience; subject matter expertise in HR policies and compliance preferred
SPHR Preferred
Prior experience leveraging HR tools (Workday, iCIMS, etc) for workflow planning
Good understanding of business processes including defining and optimizing effective system workflows
Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulatory rules
Knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration visas, regulations, and permanent residency process (example visa types L-1, H1-B, TN, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, J-1, PERM) and experience reviewing case facts to determine the optimal filing type
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
