Essential Responsibilities:
Provide counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices across functions
Lead and plan the execution of policies and programs encompassing all aspects of HR
Support talent development of high potential managers and associates by helping create training opportunities, critical experiences, job swaps, etc.
Support workforce transformation efforts, including local reskilling opportunities for internal and external placement
Partner with staffing organization to recruit and fill open positions
Develop and own site metrics, analytics and reporting to enhance effectiveness of programs
Identify recruiting needs, develop sources of qualified candidates, facilitate screening, testing, and selection of applicants with management
Manage the onboarding, orientation/assimilation and exit process for site employees
Strong organizational/follow-up skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple and changing tasks simultaneously.
Provide assistance and guidance to employees and managers as it relates to FMLA, Disability and Workers Compensation
Investigate and provide advice regarding employee relations concerns
Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities

Partner with Corporate HR functions, Engagement and Inclusion Networks and site HR Business Partners to develop and drive engagement action plans
Track and communicate progress for HR goals and priorities, along with post-program reviews, feedback and needs for future program rollouts
Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback for new HR software solutions (e.g. Workday)
Be an engaging team member and support local HR peers as needed
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
BA/BS degree in HR, Business or related area OR in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 6 years of HR experience
2+ years in an HR Generalist Role
3+ years project management and strategic partnering
Experience with HR functions including; compensation, benefits EEO, employee relations, staffing and HR practices and policies
Demonstration of individual competence, growth and advancement in the HR profession
Desired Characteristics:
Strong preference for Master’s degree in HR, MBA or related area
Human Resource experience in a call center environment, financial service industry a plus
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making based on analysis and evaluation
Strong organizational/follow up skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple and changing tasks simultaneously
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
