Project Manager – Field Services
*NOTE: This role is not eligible for remote work. The position will be located at company headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. *
We are seeking qualified candidates to join Syncworks as a Project Manager. This employee will be central to coordinating projects and in-the-field resources as we assist our customers with their rapid expansion of broadband and 5G technologies. Job Description:
Syncworks is looking for a highly motivated, highly organized candidate to join our team at our company’s headquarters in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This position requires a candidate with telecommunications experience in the Inside Plant and/or COEI (Central Office Equipment Installation) arenas.
Experience with project management, supervising a workforce, site-specific design and engineering, working with and writing MOPs (Methods of Procedure), and interfacing with customers are all required skills for this position. An engineering degree, or equivalent experience in the Telecommunications Industry, is required. The chosen candidate, in addition to designing sitework and developing MOPs, will be reviewing bids from contractors, acting as a single point of contact for our customer’s project managers, managing project schedules, supervising, coordinating and dispatching our nation-wide team of field engineers, and tracking and coordinating project activities to ensure all aspects of the customer’s requirements and performance standards are met.
