We are looking for a reliable, energetic and solutions oriented Administrative Assistant to integrate with our team and be part of our community. S/he will be responsible for supporting two Managing Directors and leadership teams through a variety of tasks related to the organization, agency accounts and individual business needs. The role is split 50/50 between two dynamic practices at Syneos Health Communications the Corporate Communications Practice and the Risk and Reputation Management Practice (RRM). The essence of this role is to enable the groups to optimize their time by knowing that the administrative assistant is ably handling tasks at hand and anticipating needs. To be successful and have fun in the role, the teams and individual will trust and respect each other and the candidate will successfully integrate and understand the team culture and ethos.
