We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team! The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter able to identify savvy IT professionals to support our rapidly growing company. In this role, you can expect to collaborate with Hiring Managers, Project Coordinators, and members of the Recruiting Team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Source quality candidates by utilizing various tools: job boards, Indeed, and LinkedIn, etc.
Fully screen and vet candidates for quality and technical fit
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
Submit candidates to hiring managers, schedule interviews, and support candidate selection
Attend briefings with recruiting team for recruiting/staffing strategies, status updates, and shortlisted candidates
Communicate effectively with applicants and candidates
Assist with monitoring and reporting on successful placements
Assist with compiling any required reports to the hiring organization, typically collecting data, creating and/or modifying spreadsheets
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) – have some understanding of technology, positions, tools, and ability to learn technical information
At least three (3) years of full life cycle recruiting in a high pressure/high growth environment, preferably government contracting related.
Proven work experience as a recruiter (preferably within a staffing agency or in the IT or government contracting field)
Experience using web-based recruiting tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Experience using Jobvite Application Tracking System (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and MS Suite
Essential Job Function Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this position are critical in evaluating the qualifications and abilities of an applicant or employee. The physical efforts needed to perform the essential duties of this job 90% of the time are repetitive motions, grasping, holding, and finger dexterity of the hands, reading, writing, eye-hand coordination, color distinction, and full visual abilities, hearing, talking, sitting, and use of IT equipment, phones, and office machines.
