Some of What You’ll Do
Support the Administration of Global Compensation:
Assist with the job analysis and market pricing review processes, including analyzing job descriptions for appropriate content, determining grade level, title and pay classification status.
Assist with the development and maintenance of Syniverse†s job framework & architecture, including the creation and revision of job descriptions that both reflect the needs of the company and the market trends
Assists in administering company compensation programs (annual merit/bonus, incentives, equity).fa
Conduct market and trend analyses through salary survey participation.
Ensure compensation programs and job classifications comply with applicable wage and hour laws including the FLSA, DOL requirements, as well as local & federal laws globally.
Identify and recommend improvements and efficiencies around compensation processes and programs.

Support the effective implementation, integration, and execution of the Global Benefits, Wellness, & Recognition programs
Support the annual benefits renewal and enrollment processes, to include assisting with the data collection, analysis, and development of program recommendations and enhancement ideas
Provide general customer service to all employees, vendors, brokers, and other internal stakeholders, to include serving as the primary point of contact for program inquiries and issue resolution
Prepare, maintain, and communicate information (including educational formats) about company programs and procedures
Reconcile and process invoices, partnering with internal Shared Service departments to meet the required deadlines
Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations, partnering with local HR Business Partners and benefit brokers when necessary.

Support system work regarding Total Rewards:
Support the configuration of the Workday system related to benefits & compensation, partnering and collaborating with the HR Technology team to ensure processes and information are up to date and reflect appropriate set up and design.
Requirements
Bachelor†s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in Total Rewards or a related discipline
Experience with the Workday HRIS platform (preferred)
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in two or more of the following:
* Possessing experience in the administration of benefits and/or wellness programs (annual enrollment, …).
.Possessing experience in the administration of compensation programs (job analysis, market pricing, annual merit/bonus cycles, …).
.Demonstrating an analytical mindset with the ability to problem solve and facilitate solutions, both individually and as part of a team.
.Demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
.Demonstrating the ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a wide variety of people.
.Demonstrating the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
