Full Job Description

Musts/top skills:

  • 3-5+ years experience as Senior HR Generalist (must be well rounded)
  • Strong performance management experience specifically with Cornerstone
  • Comfortable training and coaching new users of Cornerstone Performance Management while working ad hoc basis in other HR areas (benefits, compensation, etc.)
  • STRONG Cornerstone Performance Management experience
  • Cornerstone compensation module experience a plus
  • At least 2 years + power user & working knowledge (i.e. can coach and train new users) of Cornerstone Performance platform
