*** This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in office. Position can be located in Overland Park, KS; Bellevue, WA; or Frisco, TX.

T-Mobile’s Project Manager (or Trafficking Manager ) is a mid-level position that sits under the Studio Management and Operations team. Trafficking Manager is responsible for partnering with Studio Management team and internal partners to deliver final assets by the creative deadline to internal partners and/or external vendors. Trafficking manager is also responsible for updating the Campaign Management Workbook (CMW), a tool that is utilized across multiple organizations within T-Mobile.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsible for delivering final creative assets to internal partners and external vendors by deadline.
• Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration and consistent open lines of communication.
• Guide and partner with studio management teams/outside partners to continually evolve processes.
• 
  Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar) – preferred, but not required.
• 
  Work Experience:
• 2-4 years Project Management: In multiple areas of marketing communications.
• 2-4 years Project Management: Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures.
• 
  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Advertising & Marketing Communications Account, Project and Program Management
• Teamwork, internal communications, problem solving
• Ability to discuss and present group projects
• Familiarity with workflow programs such as Workfront.
• Ability to work with multiple projects and their deadlines.
• Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from Jr. Studio Manager to VP.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Bellevue, WA Pay Range: $80,100 – $108,300

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such aswork location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. o At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
