Requirements:
RUBBER COMPOUNDING MILL SAFETY TRAINING To perform this job successfully, an individual must complete and maintain Safety Training according to the Safety Training Matrix.
RUBBER COMPOUNDING MILL QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. RUBBER COMPOUNDING MILL EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have one year experience as a Production Operator, Class II. Forklift experience preferred.
RUBBER COMPOUNDING MILL LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-onone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
RUBBER COMPOUNDING MILL MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
RUBBER COMPOUNDING MILL REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Examples of these conditions include beards or sideburns that interfere with the facepiece seal or valve function, certain dentures or dental conditions, facial deformities (e.g., scars, deep skin creases, prominent cheekbones), or the use of jewelry or headgear that projects under and interferes with the facepiece seal.
