Position overview

T2 Tech is looking for an innovative Senior Telecom Engineer to be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of our NICE inContact Contact Center that will be integrated to other systems including our data analytics tools. Special emphasis will be on the configuration, setup of new services and implementation of advanced features on the NICE InContact Contact Centers – Including design, scripting, reports, Interactive Voice Responses (IVR) systems, omnichannel softphones, dashboards and our Automatic call Distributor (ACD).

Responsibilities

Technical

• 5+ years’ experience in VoIP Telecom phone systems
• Applied knowledge of Contact Center Management Systems, on premise and / or Cloud
• Applied advanced knowledge of voice and/or non-voice interaction flow design
• Knowledge of configuring and building ACD’s and IVR’s
• Experience in workforce management analytics

• Applied knowledge of information systems concepts and terminology
• Applied knowledge of WAN and LAN technologies
• Experience with Telco carriers and various products, i.e. SIP, PRI, COT, etc.
• Responsible for user support and Vendor management.
• Accountable for documentation of all configurations and, designs Knowledge of building reports including CDR’s, productivity, sentiment and dispositions.

Other

• Responsible for cordoning upgrades and patches as needed.
• Integration with time and attendance systems
• Responsible for adding and removing users

Requirements

Formal Education and Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and/or 5+ years equivalent work experience

Nice to Haves

• Preferred experience with NICE InContact and time and attendance systems,

• AWS services including compute, storage and databases.
