Tailwind, a national airport concessionaire, operates airport concessions at 37 airports across the country. This location is looking for strong, skilled cooks who are excited to join our team at the Springfield Airport.
Some Responsibilities to Include:
Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
Daily prep of all menu items.
Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation is done.
Label & rotate all food.
Must be 21 years of age or older, must have reliable transportation, open availability and must be able to pass a back-ground check to receive an airport badge.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
