Skills:
Organization/Planning – Ability to organize information into databases and Excel with great attentiveness
Customer Service – Professional manner of coordinating with our telecommunications customers and property owners when problems arise, new work is coming in, or updates are needed.
Multi Task – Handle numerous tasks happening in a short period of time, and ability to prioritize, finish what is started, and navigate interruptions.
Microsoft Office Proficient – predominantly excel -Data entry, report creating, detailed note taking, and organization of information.
Mapping Software – Mapping software to call in locates to Diggers Hotline, help crews to get to the correct location, and route crews all over the country.
Strong Communication – With project manager, office managers, crews, and customers. Communication is essential to keep everyone on the same page.

Duties/Responsibilities
Data Entry – This is an essential aspect of keeping good records and not losing important details in the shuffle of day-to-day activity. The details must be kept in order to keep the project on track.
Background support – The main objective of the Project Administrator is to take care of the administrative behind the scenes tasks. This is the backbone of day-to-day operations, and supports the project manager and crews.
Office Administrative duties – Receiving phone calls, filing, returning & sending e-mails, updating database with notes for each project, and calling in locates to diggers hotline.
