Job description:
Seeking an analyst with both HR and compensation experience to help with high-priority projects including job benchmarking, salary range development, employee mapping to job architecture, assisting with Workday implementation tasks & testing, data analyses, annual performance management cycle, merit / bonus administration, and other projects as appropriate. Experience with project management is a plus.
Must be able to establish rapport and credibility from day 1. This position requires strong excel skills (ideally also with Power Query), the ability to multi-task, operate in the gray, and handle competing priorities. Will be required to work independently without constant supervision. Experience with project management is a plus.
