Our Client, a leading player in the steel manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a key member of their logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products throughout their supply chain.

Responsibilities

• The Logistics Coordinator II will be responsible logistical alignment, reporting and analysis of company processes and systems
• The coordinator will serve as a business unit subject matter expert for the implementation of the Logistics strategy while providing full support to the daily transportation site teams
• Must possess the ability to take on ad-hoc reporting projects and serve as the Logistics & Transportation support lead for the business
• This position will be in the Rock Hill Headquarters but will require travel to production facilities on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree
• 2 years progressive experience in a transportation and logistics role
• Experience with carrier management
• Experience with utilizing ERP systems for reporting and data analysis
• Experience using dashboard management tools
• Experience with detailed load planning and execution
• Experience leading teams or projects
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
