Solutions Engineer/Technical Consultant/Implementation Consultant/Implementation Engineer/Technical Account Manager-remote

My client is a SaaS fast growing well funded software vendor:

– headquarters in Europe and expanding globally
– the product is very innovative in a growing industry
– just secured $16M in funding to expand its team in the US

Due to the continued growth, they are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their super friendly team.

It’s a really exciting job opportunity as they’re in growth mode so a lot of opportunities to learn. They are looking for their first Solutions Engineer in the US who enjoys working with clients and helping them to find the best solutions.

Your responsibilities will include onboarding customers by building processes in their no-code process builder, including integrations and API calls (sometimes you will need to maintain or write short scripts e.g. in Javascript or Python)

Requirements:

– Experience working with external clients e.g. solutions engineer, solutions architect, technical consultant or comparable relevant experience
– Technical skills with Python, RESTful APIs and ideally Javascript
– Experience working in a SaaS environment

They are paying up to $100K base salary + stock options. This is a remote role so you can always work from home.
