Server Responsibility:

· Obtaining a positive, friendly character with the ability to stay calm throughout all duties will create a successful work experience.

· Treat each guest as though they are guests in your home.

· Anticipate the needs of our guests before they realize that there is a need.

· Actively study and learn new beer and food that is being created in our brewery and restaurant.

· Collect payments from tables and prepare checks

· Help food preparation staff when necessary

Responsible for all opening, closing and ongoing side work as well as ongoing cleaning of the restaurant

SERVER EREQUIREMENTS

· 21 years of age

· B.A.S.S.E.T & Serve Safe
