As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will support Human Resources Directors that have responsibility for the field.
You will provide assistance to the HRDs by acting as a first point of contact for the business. You will ensure compliance and integrity of team member information to gather data and support the plan and execution of cyclical HR processes.

Coordinate HR functions and general administrative support for HR leadership
Report directly to the Human Resources Director and closely supports various field leaders
Track reports and compiles metrics including diversity, turnover, performance management, headcount and other forms of measurement for the HR team
Assist in calendar management, meeting planning, booking travel, and expense support
Coordinate training, interview and leadership development events
Participate in special projects as assigned

High school Diploma or equivalent.
One to three years administrative experience.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Flexible team player with strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with individuals from all levels.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to work with highly confidential information.
