This role will have responsibility for the Tarkett North America corporate card program. This role will also be responsible for the daily administration and management of the card program and its continued development. This position is also responsible for the daily cash management, forecasting and reconciliation and will work with USD and CAD bank accounts. This role covers the resilient and soft surface businesses for both the card program and the cash management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily cash management and balance reporting in Excel and SAP
- Monthly bank reconciliations with the general ledgers
- Prepare and analyze liquidity forecast for local cash management and input in the TMS for parent-office consolidation
- Oversee the weekly and off-cycle AP payment runs and assist with resolving vendor banking issues
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of the corporate card program including ordering new cards, monitoring accounts for usage or delinquency, and cancellation of inactive cards
- Administer and work with the bank’s credit card web-portal, including assisting users
- Work with procurement and accounts payable to drive efficiencies and cost savings for the card program
- Create and provide work instructions and training materials related to the card program and the TMS functionality
- Assist in developing continuous improvements and best practices related to cash management and the corporate card program
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Administer and ensure compliance with Tarkett internal control guidelines as it pertains to cash management and the corporate card program
- Support reporting requests as necessary for cash activity and/or the corporate card program
REQUIREMENTS (to include educational requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CTP or MBA is a plus
- CPA Preferred
- Kyriba knowledge is preferred
- 5-8 years of corporate treasury experience
- SAP experience highly preferred
- Ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple priorities based on timelines and deadlines
- Self-starter with ability to work independently, with little direct supervision, to accomplish objectives and timelines
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills
