The Division of Enrollment Management at Tarleton State University, Stephenville, Texas is seeking a dynamic and progressive leader for
the position of Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management to start in February 2022.
The successful candidate will be
expected to contribute to a data inspired/driven/informed culture and will play a key role in Tarleton’s efforts to achieve the
enrollment goals outlined in the university strategic plan, and to connect an increasingly diverse prospective student population with the
wide array of educational programs that Tarleton offers. Primary responsibilities will include execution of the enrollment-focused
components of the university strategic plan, as well as oversight of P-16 partnerships, undergraduate re-entry/readmission initiatives,
research, assessment and procurement of external funding focusing on college access and equity.
