Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer needs. Designing and implementing sales, customer service, and account management processes to acquire and retain accounts.

• The preparation and submittal of proposals in cooperation with technical staff.

• Developing sales strategies and programs to acquire new business.

• Researching prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to close a successful deal.

• Following the latest industry developments and staying current on competitors.

• Meeting with prospects/clients to discuss their needs, maintain relationships with current clients, identify new prospects, and close new sales.

• Working with our in-house web marketing to modify any implemented programs for lead generation.

• Successfully managing projects from start up to completion.

• Maintaining and building upon existing Client relationships.

Qualification/Requirements/Experience:

• Highly organized and self-disciplined with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and resources

• Detail oriented, efficient, self-starter, productive and collaborative approach to work

• Capacity to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and solutions oriented
