Taylor Design Hiring for Front End Developer at Remote Full Time

Creative 10 person design studio (Stamford, CT) with a diverse client base is seeking a front-end developer to join our programming team. Qualified applicant skills should include the following:

• Using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and CSS to develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites using custom theme and plugin development
• Converting HTML/CSS static page templates to custom WordPress templates
• Creating tools and features that enhance the user’s website experience such as forms, accordions, sliding menus, scrolling images, dialog boxes, etc.
• Integrating sites with the client’s existing third-party sites
• Integrating sites with client’s automated inbound marketing (Hubspot, Salesforce/Pardot)
• Ensuring websites are accessible across many platforms, including laptops and smartphones
• Check and follow WCAG20 success criteria throughout the development of a website
• Taking steps to help ensure the website is GDPR-compliant
• Implementing Google Analytics as the web analytics platform
• Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise
• Training clients to use the website post-launch
• Developing and testing responsive HTML emails for clients and managing those emails via common email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor, ConstantContact, MailChimp, ContactMonkey, etc.
• Maintaining existing client sites and interacting with clients on a daily basis
• 2-5 years work experience
• B.S. degree in Computer science, Web development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization for the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
