Team Schierl Companies is immediately hiring an experienced Human Resources Assistant at our home office in Stevens Point, WI. This is a full-time position with benefits in a casual dress environment with all the coffee you can drink!
We are immediately hiring a highly organized person to assist our HR Team in all areas including payroll, benefits and staffing. If you’re friendly, professional and enjoy fast-paced work in an office setting, we’d love to talk to you about opportunities to grow with TSC. We’re looking for general experience in HR and a willingness to explore, learn, and improve task-based processes. Experience with Excel is desirable, and knowledge of ADP is definitely a plus!

What you will do:
Assist in managing the HRIS data base for over 700 Associates
Assist in maintaining our Applicant Tracking system
Index and file Associate documents electronically
Answer calls and emails to from our retail teams to provide information and problem solve
