A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
As a Benefits Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work in our benefits department and drive our mission forward of “enabling entrepreneurs to achieve more”. You strive each day to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving excellent customer service. The education you give our clients and the good rapport you create with them is one of the reasons that they like doing business with us.
Your knowledge about benefits is invaluable as you assist our clients and internal departments to prevent and investigate issues. Creating and updating benefits plans in our software, assisting clients with open enrollment and on-going benefit enrollment for new hires. This position will also be working with, implementing, and auditing various types of retirement plans. Other services include HSA, HRA, FSA, Vision, and dental insurance.
WORK SCHEDULE
This Benefits Admin position works a schedule of M-F, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with family-friendly flexibility.

Job requirements:
3+ years in similar role
3+ years experience with employer sponsored group benefits
High Attention to Detail
