Junior Software Engineer, Technical Services
We currently have a position opening for a web based Software Developer to join our support team located in homed in Naperville, IL. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset in this position. If you’re a team player and a problem-solver, we’d like to meet you.
The developer will report to a the Director of Technical Services and have the opportunity to solve important technical issues. You can quickly assess and resolve complex problems across a broad range of enterprise offerings (e.g. web, mobile, desktop), 3rd party technologies, and complex enterprise-level integrations, systems and platforms.
The Stack – Java S8, Spring Boot Framework, Hibernate ORM, Javascript, JSON and HTML.
Knowledge of basic Jquery or UI frameworks.
Oracle Coldfusion (we are migrating code away from) and knowledge of electric utility company operations would be a bonus.
