The Opportunity:
Techsee is looking for a talented, passionate, and caring individual to serve as our HR Generalist in North America. This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring HR Professional to join a fast-growing, early-phase technology leader. Working closely with the North American regional leadership and global HR team, the HR Generalist will play a key role in catalyzing the business by establishing the tools and processes that will enable our continued rapid expansion.
Responsibilities Include:
Support employee life cycle stages and experiences in North America, connecting employees to the brand, values, and culture
Manage and lead HR processes and best practices – onboarding, offboarding, performance management, HC management etc.
Oversee for the recruitment (supporting growth, top-grading and churn replacement) of the various departments, identifying and securing the best candidates via multiple channels for continuous growth.
Cultivate the company’s employer brand in the region, making us a highly attractive destination for existing and prospective new employees.
Leading wellbeing projects, from plan to execution keeping employee’s engagement & motivation
A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
Be a trusted focal point to employees and managers
Support Global HR efforts including training, organizational development, and related projects.
Policy writing, solid exposure to Labor Relation, Keeping up to date with legal requirements, competitive work policies and best practices
Requirements:
Candidates should have 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist / Specialist role, preferably a start-up/early-phase business experiencing rapid growth.
Able to lead local initiatives in conjunction with regional management and coordinate with corporate colleagues overseas
Experience in end-to-end execution of high-scale projects, activities and events.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
SUPER creative with a can-do attitude from initiative to execution, ability to deliver under pressure, and has eye for detail.
Able to switch from a planning to ensuring all basics of the department are covered (i.e. induction, starters, leavers, etc).
Able to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasive
Self-learner, passionate for the HR profession, constantly benchmark and bringing new knowledge
Fun, energetic, and with approachable personality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or related field
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
