Job Description:
- Ensuring that appropriate documentation is prepared and maintained. Facilitating the scheduling of appointments, completion of forms, address concerns
- Conducting pre-employment meetings with new hires, collecting and assembling new hire data, and entering new hire data entry in appropriate system
- Maintaining AP and employee records and files according to HR records retention policies and practices
- Maintaining medical documentation and conducting processes associated with workers compensation, fit testing, records management, and compliance
- Coordinating front desk operations or telephone support
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- HR Specialist in a Healthcare Organization: 3 years (Preferred)
