We are currently searching for candidates who are looking to advance their career with an innovation-driven company in the following role: HR Recruiting & Business Partner
Position Summary:
Responsible for recruitment, on boarding and retention activities to meet current labor needs, in addition to, supporting and growing Tecton’s valued human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recruiting activities to meet the hiring and talent needs, including effective advertising, coordination of community job fairs and creating innovative ways to market Tecton career opportunities.
Perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants, coordinate background checks & pre-employment checks, maintain recruiting systems, offer letters, provide follow-through with candidates, and track & report recruiting statistics.
Lead associate onboarding activities, HR orientation and new hire paperwork; provide support to managers when integrating new hires into the organization.
Lead and/or assist with special HR projects
Lead and/or assist with HR company processes such as benefits administration, policy guidance & interpretation, performance management tasks, recognition programs & HR communications
HR administrative responsibilities such as maintaining HR records, systems & files and office management tasks
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
Minimum of two years HR work experience and talent acquisition experience
Strong organizational skills
Able to successfully work with a large and diverse customer base
Accuracy and thoroughness required
Strong respect for confidentiality required
General knowledge of the principles and practices of HR administration
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all associates
