As Sales Assistant – Traffic Coordinator you are the primary support personal who coordinates and maintains the daily process of assigning commercial copy to advertising orders.
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- At all times represent KREM Marketing in a positive and professional manner
- Adhering to strict daily deadlines
- Accurately matching commercials to advertiser orders
- Processing advertiser commercials by downloading, logging and assigning copy numbers quickly
- Daily written and verbal communication with members of the sales team and our advertising clients to ensure we receive accurate commercial instructions
- Maintain commercial copy library, filing system and master control commercial dub list
- Responding quickly and appropriately to sales team and advertising client’s emails
- Work with station departments to ensure accurate assignment of commercial copy
- Provide back up for other sales support functions
- Assist with testing of software updates and providing feedback for improvements

- Strong computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
- Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment
- Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
