Overview:
The Field Trainer position develops Field Operations employees either in a classroom/training center or in the field environment. The primary focus of the position is to assist employees to bolster knowledge, from the beginner level through experienced utility construction foremen, to advance individual understanding, competency and problem-solving skills in the areas of Field Operations, Safety, Ethics, Systems and Company Dynamics.
