POSITION SUMMARY
General facility and machine repair and maintenance
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Machine repair, rebuilding and retrofitting, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Structural, Electrical, and Electronics (Basic working knowledge of PLC’s, Drives, etc.)
Assist in maintaining preventive maintenance program
Perform light plumbing and structure repair to facility and equipment
Work in safe and clean manner
Assist in the installation of new equipment
Ability to use hand and power tools as required
Good mechanical troubleshooting skills
Forklift certified
Perform Lockout and Tagout procedures in accordance with company policy.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
