Position Overview:
As a Learning Services Specialist you will oversee and administer various training programs to ensure high levels of performance in our new call center in North Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have previous financial industry experience, strong project management skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), possess the ability to effectively communicate with others, work with other trainers to develop effective classroom training skills and implement recommended improvements.
