Telvero Hiring for Site Acquisition Project Manager Job at Chicago, IL Full Time

**6-month temp-to-hire.

**Remote/WFH but must be based in the Chicago area for occasional office meetings.

**Chicago market site acq experience a major plus.

**Must have NSB, rooftop, and colo site acq experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Complete understanding of scope of work, schedule, cost, resources, quality and deliverables and able to communicate requirements to appropriate operational team
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear manner
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
• Manage all financial tasks related to projects including purchase order receipt, invoicing, and change orders
• Work closely with Design Managers, Site Acquisition Specialist and/or Manager, and Zoning and Permitting team to ensure quality work product and service
• Plan, schedule and track project milestones and deliverables
• Follow company guidelines as it relates to file management
• Interact with client, project consultants and vendors via face-to-face meetings, project conference calls, business phone calls and e-mail correspondence
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Oversee and procure the services of outside vendors as required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Minimum 4 year BA or BS Degree or minimum 5 years of experience in industry (telecom) related design or construction
• Knowledge in the following disciplines and standards; architectural, civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical
• Knowledge of Site Development tasks
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat (pdf files), digital photographs (jpeg files), Microsoft Office products (Outlook, word, and excel files) and internet search engines
• Familiar with databases and the process of uploading and downloading of data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
