We are now hiring for our Production and Fabrication Facility and Training Center to prepare for the opening of our Tempur Sealy manufacturing plant in Crawfordsville, scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2023. This is your chance to be part of a brand-new, state of the art manufacturing facility.
We are holding a Job Fair on Tuesday, June 14th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again on Wednesday, June 15th from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Recruitment and Training Center located at 451 E. South Blvd in Crawfordsville.

What You Will Do:
- Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents
- Follow specific instructions on completing tasks assigned and can make suggestions for improvement
- Load and unload mattress-sized foam cores from various processing machines that cut and package the cores
- Apply covers and other material to foam cores, then palletize and/or box them for shipment
- Ensures that all product is produced in accordance with the Company’s quality standards and elevates issues as needed
- Occasionally fills in for other functions outside of primary work area
- Maintains and cleans assigned work area
