As a Director of Global Community & Social Strategy, you will work with the product marketing and branding teams to design and launch the community and communications strategies for our titles, upholding the best practice in community and social strategy management to empower our branding success.
What you will do-
Define the player communication standard for titles to ensuring a global branding consistency.
Lead the team to tailor and implement creative community activities and content to improve player engagement and contribute to market KPI.
Lead to build up global UGC framework to establish a mechanism for discovering, nurturing, and collaborating with content creators and to contribute to revenue and branding success.
Build up a market and player feedbacks mechanism to promote positive communication between product team and players to accelerate product updates and gameplay improvement.
We expect you to be-
l More than 10 years of working in video game with solid experience in community, social media communications.
l Game enthusiast with deep understanding and thoughtful insight on open world RPG, shooters, SOC and other hard-core genres.
l Experience with community best practices, including communication strategies, user acquisition, driving users through the funnel, and developing custom community activations on a global scale.
l Data driven, ability to analyze and utilize data to create strategic frameworks that lead to problem solving and operational excellence.
l Skilled at project management, to proactively bring initiatives and deliverables to completion and escalate obstacles.
l Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
l Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and regions in a matrix, multicultural organization.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $120,000 to $220,000 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
