Job Description
Electrical Telecommunications Business Developer
Minimum Qualifications
- Manage incoming leads in a timely manner
- Identify, develop and follow-up new business opportunities
- Recognize existing customer’s needs and business requirements
- Prepare and execute presentations and product demos
- Market analysis, identification of trends for business in the United States
- Work closely with other departments (pre-sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.) to prepare on-time, high-quality accurate offers
- Participate in contract negotiations
- Electrical knowledge and training
Essential Functions
· Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies and electrical codes and standards. Ensures that subordinates are wearing and utilizing PPE.
· Knowledgeable of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.
· Familiar with OSHA regulations, NFPA70 and standard electrical safety practices.
· Possession of OSHA 10 certification a plus. After hire, acquiring will be required, company assisted.
