Role requirements:
Maintain hard and digital copies of employee records
Perform onboarding and orientation for new employees
Assist with recruitment process of prospective employees
Assist payroll processing with relevant employee information
Assist with the implementation of employee training curriculum
Work with Business Units in the development and maintenance of work flow processes
Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of focused HR experience
High level of computer literacy
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
Exposure to labor laws and payroll processing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
