You’ll be our champion for key technical client groups. In most instances, you’ll be partnering with Senior Recruiters to tackle business areas.
Areas you may be responsible for include Software, Vehicle Engineering, Hardware, Manufacturing, Energy, Hardware, Cell Engineering, or IT/Infrastructure.
Client management will exist at the manager and senior manager level for both technical and non-technical teams.
Employees will partner with you on strategy for their internship program and you’ll help guide them to success.
Your peers will partner with you on proposals and presentations for growth planning and strategic initiatives.
There will be opportunities to contribute in the development of our campus brand and how we share the story.
You’ll participate and lead workshops as part of our program’s learning roadmap curriculum.
Lead and host meetings with students and guests from around the world.
Partner with the team Manager to identify how we leverage and obtain resources for a next level program.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role with direct client management preferred. Open to transferrable experience such as Sales, Customer Experience, and Higher Education Employer Relations.
Preferred combination of experience in a large organization and a small startup environment.
Examples of working with executive level clients, showing examples of successfully managing expectations.
Proven success of taking different roles in a single organization.
Interest and curiosity for manufacturing, energy, and technology industries.
Knowledge of a large company structure and experience navigating corporate functions (i.e. HR, legal, finance).
Excitement for speaking in front of large audiences and an eye for presentation design.
Ability to travel across North America and if needed to international events and locations.
Position can be remote; preference based in Reno, NV and Buffalo NY (relocation available)
