The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing is responsible for the creative development and maintaining of brand integrity of Texas Health Talent Acquisition initiatives. This position will lead the development and deployment of key TA initiatives and strategies including multi-medium research and sourcing, talent acquisition and imaging initiatives, and other identified talent acquisition avenues such as electronic, print, business, and social media. This position will oversee the execution of the talent acquisition marketing strategy, including the implementation and measure of ROI, along with the viability of programs and marketing strategies in order to achieve required staffing levels. This manager will be the primary liaison with any/all external advertising agencies utilized by the TA team.

Job Duties
Marketing Strategy and Brand Messaging
Create and implement national strategic talent acquisition plans annually with VP, Talent Acquisition and other key stakeholders based on market research performance.
Establish and integrate key messages and system-wide promotional strategies including development and execution of Texas Health Resources’ annual talent acquisition plans, system programs and services.
Manage flow of talent acquisition materials development and works with graphic artists/writers, agencies and other vendors to coordinate production, direct mail, media planning and related activities.
Develop system brochures, inserts, and other collateral for TA.
Partner with THR Brand Experience (Marketing) and People and Culture on web page development and design for the Careers section
Oversee and manage stakeholders relationships and coordinate the implementation of initiatives with key internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process across THR.
Vendor Management, Tools, and Technology
Evaluate new TA/Recruitment marketing vendors and products to ensure that THR maintains a progressive edge in North Texas and the DFW market regarding TA tools, methodologies, and resources. Manage vendor/supplier relationships including contract negotiation, maintenance, deliverables, and billing.
Research and Analytics
Gather information for monthly reports; assists in assessing the impact of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities related to Talent Acquisition.
Demonstrate the ability to track Return on Investment (ROI), displaying significant correlations from marketing activities to successful hiring of well qualified candidates.
Oversee research projects analyzing market trends at local, regional and national levels to determine most value-added mediums for talent acquisition initiatives and ROI. Analyze market penetration, workforce demographics, migration and cost of living to leverage efficiencies and effectiveness of key talent acquisition initiatives.
Evaluate and monitor vacancy trends aligning practices around workforce planning to deploy TA initiatives accordingly. Create and update metrics that measure ROI for implemented advertising media mix. Develop metrics and trending pertaining to recruiting events to capture and report return on investment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast talent acquisition needs.
People Management
In coordination with VP, Talent Acquisition, this manager is responsible for the effective deployment of the Marketing Specialists across the TA spectrum, adjusting workloads and establishing priorities as needed in response to THR vacancies and new developments.
The manager works with the People and Culture Web Developer to develop project timelines and tasks, coordinating with appropriate individuals inside and outside the division as needed.
The manager prioritizes projects based on open date, strategic urgency and other pertinent factors. The manager ensures timely and efficient responses in order to successfully meet established deadlines, keeping in regular communication with stakeholders throughout the process/project.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or relevant field required
Experience
5 years experience in marketing, branding, advertising or related field required.
4 years experience in healthcare preferred
Skills
Must have knowledge of internet based recruiting and experience with recruitment management system technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills relating to the full spectrum of society and with multiple stakeholder levels. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have experience in making formal presentations. Exceptional organizational skills. Proficient with Smashfly or similar programs. Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
