Responsibilities:

• We are looking to hire someone for this vital position that will oversee researching/finding new protentional clients for our company, with the goal of growing our client/contract lists in Texas and other US states.

• The ideal person for this type of role is a good listener, outgoing and compassionate, organized, adaptable, and an excellent problem solver. This position requires you to display excellent professionalism, and always maintains confidentiality.​​​​​​​​​​​​​ With our current and new clients.

Requirements/Skills:

• This position requires someone who is willing to cold-call new prospects in the area and make connections with protentional clients
• Securing new contracts with clients (experience preferred, but can be taught)
• Writing and reviewing contracts (experience preferred, but can be taught)
• Using email and other tools to assess staffing needs in and around Texas
• This is a full-time position, must have open work availability
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Benefits:

• The salary range for this position would be $30k-50k.
• Performance-based commissions for each new contract obtained
