The Director of Employee Benefits is responsible for the overall management of the benefit plans for eligible employees and clergy in the parishes, schools, and Central Services of the Archdiocese and (in part) for employees of Catholic Charities of Baltimore. The Director has wide authority for benefits program management, and directly reports to the Executive Director, Human Resources.
