The Automaster is looking for an Automotive Service advisor to join The Automaster family.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service scheduling, customer consultation
- Generate and complete repair orders and collect payment for work performed
- Clearly document labor time for repairs, diagnostic and work time per labor guidelines
- Assist in managing loaner vehicle fleet
- Effectively communicate with technicians to provide detailed information for diagnosis and vehicle repairs
- Utilize computer to find technical data and service bulletins for various repairs
- Maintain a professional appearance and work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A clean and valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy and basic typing skills
- Able to bend, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position
