The position:
As a Server at The Bancroft you are responsible for ensuring each guest leaves with a memorable experience. Whether it’s through a warm greeting upon arrival, assisting a guest with our menu items or building relationships with our regulars; you get to create a one-of-a-kind experience for each of our guests. A Server is responsible for being an expert on our food, wine, beer and cocktail menus, providing responsible alcohol service, handling cash and having fun!
Server candidates should have a minimum of 1 year server or bartender experience in a full-service, high volume restaurant.
What does it take to be a Bancroft Server?
- Exhibit strong communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task and handle stress.
- Be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and carry trays.
