The Sr. Director Human Resources will be a key member of the leadership team at The Binding Site. As an accomplished HR strategic leader, you will drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve set business goals and objectives. This position is responsible for strengthening overall employee culture and driving change management at all levels throughout our organization to optimize efficiency in our operations while also influencing and infusing our company values in alignment with our growth.
