Become a Government Services Graphic Designer for The Brooks Group, a Global Leader in Sustainable Sales Force Transformation
The Brooks Group, founded in 1977 and multi-time winner of The Triad Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” awards, is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This position requires residency in the Triad area of North Carolina.

The Government Services Graphic Designer Will:
· Work with the Government Services team to edit and design graphics, proposals, and program materials such as slides, workbooks, guides, and handouts that are both creative and consistent with TBG’s brand image across all departments
· Find and select stock imagery that fits the given design brief and is engaging, current and high quality
· Trim and edit videos as needed (light editing only) to be delivered to customers
· Maintain current knowledge of industry trends related to digital marketing, e-learning, graphic design, and typography
· Demonstrate the willingness and desire to learn and continue honing of skills
· Demonstrate the flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing work environment
· Communicate effectively across departments as needed
· Prioritize and complete projects according to strict deadlines and with high quality
Skills/Qualifications:
· Experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator and InDesign are most important for this role
· Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)
· Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and balance multiple projects at one time
· Team-player, problem-solving attitude
· Knowledge of US government terminology/acronyms is a plus
Education/Experience:
College degree in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
A portfolio of past design and creative projects is required
