Direct Care Worker (Tempe/Phoenix/Glendale/Mesa) 2731

TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona for 50 years. We find creative and innovative way to provide hope and purpose to the unique individuals that we serve. We are all about helping our members advocate for themselves, stay engaged in their communities, and increasing their independence.
You can directly make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by joining our team as a Direct Care Worker.
BEING A DIRECT CARE WORKER:
We’re looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our members, in the supported individuals homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), pass multiple background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent. Some positions require driving, so a motor vehicle check and an AZ driver’s license is also required.
No experience is necessary! Paid Training Provided!
